Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be happy with your item.  However, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly assist you with a prompt return. We offer a money back guarantee on eligible items . (See below for full details)

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM MADE/CUSTOM COLOUR ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AS THEY ARE MADE TO YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. (Custom made items are items that you have purchased that are made to your individual measurement requirements or colour.

If you would like to return an item, you must notify YY within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item to the address on the return shipping label. 

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact. 

  • Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the label has not been removed.

  • Made to Order or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Delivery
For most deliveries, please allow up 14 to 21 business days following the date your order is placed (Business days are Monday to Friday).   For Countries outside of the United Kingdom, please allow up to 28 working days.

If you are ordering for a number of bridesmaids and need the colour shades and designs to exactly match, please ensure that you order these items together as there can be     subtle colour variations in the fabrics supplied by the fabric manufacturer if left too long between orders. There may, on the rare occasion, also be some subtle variation in design.

If you have not received your item within the times stated above, please contact us or send an email to info@yvonneyvette.com .  We will respond within 48 hours.  

Please note that at certain times of year, there may be a slightly longer dispatch time (for example holidays, Easter, Summer,  Christmas and New Year)  

Cancellations
Please note that if you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know within 48 hours of placing your order.On the rare occasion that we may need to cancel your order,  we will notify you as soon as possible and action the refund your original purchase price within 7 business days of cancelling.  

Refunds
We will gladly refund any eligible items purchased. Upon receipt of the returned items we will refund your money in full  . Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility. The guidelines below must be followed)
